Momoyama brags a highly experienced sushi chef trained directly in Japan. On top of unsullied fish, the chef has personally designed a plethora of unique and intriguing rolls.
If out of the list of over thirty rolls, not a single roll causes curiosity and/or craving, Chef will happily accept custom rolls. Also available, an authentic Japanese cuisine experience, such as Burikama and Miso Ramen, on top of the common Hibachi and Teriyaki meats.
